Director, IT PMO

Description
Our Company looking for an IT PMO Director to join a growing organization in Denver, CO. You may be a good fit if you have experience building and implementing IT PMO methodologies from the ground up. You will be responsible for setting up a steering committee, establishing SOPs, choosing and implementing the best tools for process and reporting, as well as building up your own team. This is a Hybrid position located in Denver, CO
Requirements
• Ability to maintain a positive and can-do attitude in a complex, fast-paced, changing work environment
• The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage through influence and drive change and process optimization
• Minimum of 10 years designing, developing and implementing programs for an IT organization
• Minimum of five years managing a team of project managers
• Implementing new program and project methodology, setting processes, training, and documenting the new program methodology
• Conducting needs analysis and evaluations to anticipate and respond to the needs of the business
• Delivering roll-out ready products; specifically, written communications and presentations
