Immediate opening for Business Analyst

The Business Analyst
*Provides advanced support for assigned business process and/or system within the ATM Channel business unit which includes the following:
– Maintains, monitors, updates assigned business process and/or system in response to segment and customer escalations
– Researches complex problems and acts independently to resolve
– Analyzes existing business process and or systems and determines technical or procedural improvements and implements changes
– Develops and generates specialized and ad hoc reports. Provides technical support to business unit, customers, management, and other users.

Duties for Business Analyst
*As an ATM Business Analyst 3, you will be responsible for daily coordination of ATM availability management.
*This position will work cross functionally with ATM Vendors, IT, cash forecasting, operations, and the retail branch network to ensure day to day availability of the ATM Fleet.
*Additionally, will assist in the set-up and bring live of ATM distribution activities.

ATM responsibilities for the Business Analyst

*ATM Management Reporting
*ATM Issue Tracking Responsibility and escalation to multiple vendors to ensure KPI compliance
*ATM systems set-up for ATM Add/Moves/Changes
*External vendor oversight and problem resolution thru vendor mgmt. partnership
*Additionally assist in strategic initiatives of the ATM Channel

The Qualifications for the Business Analyst
Must have Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of Business or operations experience,
or High School diploma with 9 years of experience/education in a Business or Finance field may be considered
*Previous ATM Experience 1 year
*KPI Management and Modeling Experience (Predictive Forecasting) 1 year
Microsoft Office Certified
*Experience in Executive communication and escalations 1 year
