Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager/Director to join our team and oversee our IT infrastructure and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and directing IT departments and possess a deep understanding of enterprise-level technology systems.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including managing staff, setting priorities, and delegating tasks.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the department and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage and maintain our ERP system, ensuring that it meets the needs of the organization and is properly integrated with other systems.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and support of hardware and software systems across the organization.
• Monitor and manage the performance and availability of all IT systems, ensuring that they meet or exceed service level agreements.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for IT systems.
• Identify emerging technologies and trends that can improve business operations and recommend adoption where appropriate.
• Work closely with other department heads to ensure that IT solutions are aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing an IT department, preferably in a mid-size or large organization.
• Proven experience overseeing ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Deep understanding of network architecture, security protocols, and cloud computing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience with ITIL and other industry best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
