Key responsibilities

– Participate to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager

– Make sure that the functional requirements are met, achievable, and tracked

– In charge of deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Dev Ops, and Product Owner- Helps to identify, classify, and manage risk for functional improvement requests

– Sets forth project with accurate ticket workflows and boards

– Help to manage dependencies among cross-product teams

– Sustain the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

– Heads project planning

– Prepares the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

– Aquires and schedules projects – as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

– Collaborates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

– Work in close partnership with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Specialist, and Product Owner/Product Manager

– Forms schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product

– Directs the daily stand-ups, seeing to it they are focused, brief, and timely

– Work in close collaboration and communicates with developers, technical team members, designers, and stakeholders

– Brings together figures from business analysts, QA leads, and technical leads into recommendations

– Organizes and leads the sprint planning and grooming meetings and records ticket assignments

– Endeavors as Scrum Master for the developers on the team – clearing obstacles, leading scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team is working effectively

– Equips detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, project status, and risk assessments

– Teams up with Product Owner/Product Manager to see to it that the product vision and high-level business objectives are apparent and accomplishable

Requirements

– Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of education and work experience

– Technical experience including JIRA or similar application and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.)

– Experience managing complex technology and cross-functional projects

– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization

– Experience leading Agile delivery teams, projects and programs

– Knowledge of leading medium to large custom and/or complex software development and/or implementation projects

– Demonstrated ability to utilize resource tools to manage capacity, forecast, demand and allocation of people

– 5+ years of project management experience
