Manager of Quality Assurance

$150K – $200K + benefits + discretionary bonus

Requirements

• Seeking a hands-on QA manager
• 15-20 direct reports, which includes staff members + consultants. QA team (~15 people) and Production Support team (2 people)
• Additional Responsibility: This person will also manage the Production Support Team that monitors outages and errors across multiple web applications
• Tech Environment: Selenium, Python, TestRail, JMeter, blended manual and automated testing environment.
• Ideal candidate is more technical than people manager. Comfortable getting their hands dirty and ready to jump in and help when needed.
• Culture fit is very important. Work hard but have fun doing it. Focused when it comes to meeting deadlines. Able to motivate the team.
