Description

We are looking for a Technical Writer for a fully remote Contract role which could possibly convert.

This position will be responsible for walking the team through their deliverables, soliciting and receiving feedback, and iterating their work if needed. Ideally, this candidate has experience in training. Might be a big ask, but someone who is also comfortable presenting the materials to a larger group would be a huge asset.

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce, ideally the NPSP product
• Experience documenting Salesforce integrations and workflows
• Willingness to learn our custom Salesforce-based configurations
• Ability to produce easy-to-follow guides using terminology that end-users are familiar with
• Ability to develop documentation that is clear, action-oriented, and reinforces how steps relate to overall business goals
• Proficient in creating visuals such as charts, graphs, flow charts
• Possesses outstanding grammar and spelling skills
• Experience following along in technical discussions, converting discussion into written documentation, and also translating the technical into digestible end-user language
• Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative work spirit, and positive can-do attitude
