Description
The Software QA Manager leads a team of Manual and Automation Test Engineers through the design, implementation and testing. The Software QA Manager will work with developers and product teams to create test plans and coordinate software quality.
Requirements
• Managing a software quality assurance team.
• Selecting and utilizing tools and methodologies to ensure that software tests identify defects and comply with quality standards.
• Evaluating test results against expected results, implementing improvements to process and recommending alternative testing as needed.
• Making well-thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous software test issues and determining when software is ready for release, from a testing perspective.
• Developing a functional test automation strategy that delivers substantial ROI and measurable increases in QA efficiency.
