Description
The Director of IT will be responsible for ongoing development and maintenance of comprehensive cybersecurity, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans.

The computing environment centers on VMware-hosted Microsoft Windows Servers, including Exchange. The environment consists of NetApps, Network Appliances, and Web Filtering/Intrusion Prevention and Detection. DSA is beginning a transition to Azure/Microsoft 365 and a cloud-extended VMWare infrastructure. Our locations are linked via private line/WAN connections with each location providing data backup for the other. The department supports primarily on-premises fund accounting, equity trading, compliance, data reporting, and back-office applications.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

Demonstrated experience in building Technology Infrastructure and Operational environments

Strong people/resource management skills

Experience in managing vendor/contract services, licensing, and delivery

Experience with Risk management and Regulatory/Audit programs and reporting

Demonstrated experience in running multiple technologies on various platforms

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

Able to develop and maintain high performance teams

Able to display critical decision making in high-pressure situations

Capable of making decisions and recommendations on complex issues and presenting their case to senior management

Comfortable dealing with all levels of employees within the organization

Demonstrated project management experience

Demonstrated experience with cloud and hybrid-cloud environment design and implementation

Knowledge of Data Center Solutions and Management

Technical expertise in multiple infrastructure platforms
