Position: IT Director
Duration: 3-6 Month Temporary to Permanent
Location: Sacramento, Hybrid Schedule

Role and Responsibilities:

As the IT Director, you will be the driving force behind the IT infrastructure, ensuring data security, and providing strategic direction. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Enhancing Data Security: Implementing and maintaining robust cybersecurity measures to protect our confidential data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Infrastructure Maintenance: Overseeing the upkeep and optimization of the IT infrastructure to support the organization’s growth and technological advancements.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the leadership team to devise IT policies and infrastructure enhancements aligned with the organizational objectives.
• Team Management: Supervising and supporting the IT Supervisor and IT Manager to ensure efficient operations and successful project execution.
• Policy Review: Regularly evaluating and updating the security policies to meet the latest standards and minimize potential risks.

Requirements
• 4+ Years as an IT Director, Head of IT or similar role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in managing IT teams and providing strategic leadership.
• Strong risk-averse mindset and ability to think creatively to support our organization’s advancement.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster a supportive work environment.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity concepts.
