Your responsibilities
– Providing key partners with project information
– Seeking additional information to complete documents as necessary
– Taking minutes at meetings and maintaining records of assignments and progress
– Handling data analysis and report development, proofreading and editing documents, and preparing presentations
– Handling any needed travel and accommodation arrangements for training seminars, conferences and other project-related events
– Finding information online using research tools
– Providing support to Project Managers by organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications in order to maintain project deliverable schedules
– Aid project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support
Requirements
– Highly skilled at database and file management
– Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets
– 1 year of business/office experience is necessary for this position
– Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
– Skill in Microsoft Office Suite applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
– Solid understanding of customer service
– Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite experience is a plus
– Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
– This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent, though a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field is preferred
