What youll do:
• Analyze defects and pain points that comes to the vertical teams to understand root cause and create solutions for the teams to execute.
• Create and analyze reporting tools (Heap, Glassbox, Appdynamics, etc.) to understand consumer behaviors and provide insights.
• Be the SME in complex projects to ensure the proposed solutions are in sync with both legacy and new systems.
• Be comfortable taking the lead and driving forward your roadmap, stories, and tasks but knowing when to step aside and ask for help.
• Understand OneMains strategic and competitive position and help deliver products that drive the business forward, balancing both short and long term goals.
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are expected.
Requirements

• 3 years of digital product experience as a P roduct M anager /Owner or a Technologist
• Customer obsession and a drive to ship constant value while balancing the needs of our business.
• Fully own product lifecycle from idea to execution and execute flawlessly in partnership with Engineering, UX, Business, and Operations
• Accountable for identifying & managing OKRs, Scope, Requirements, and dependencies.
• Use quantitative and qualitative insights to inform roadmap and decisioning.
• Promotes Product model, and possess systems thinking, agile ways of working, design thinking & project management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and analytical skills.
