Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for working closely with Risk Pricing and other enterprise-wide stakeholders to deliver solutions to meet the needs of stakeholders and deliver them at scale.
· Be the voice of the customer providing customer and business value perspective during day-to-day conversations with business partners and engineering teams and pushing stakeholders to dream bigger.
· Engage with a cross functional network of business partners to ensure alignment understand needs and manage trade off decisions
· Work on identifying evaluating negotiating and recommending partner solutions that helps enterprise wide stakeholders manage their operations efficiently
· Ensure clear and concise documentation of planned features as epics and user stories
· Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers designers and business partners to define and prioritize a backlog for your product that continuously delivers measurable value towards the vision in an agile environment
· Utilize data analytics research product reviews user feedback and product testing to ensure consistency and quality across all end user features
· Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure operational team processes are factored into new product development plans and to integrate solutions to identify user experience issues in upcoming versions.
Completes ad-hoc assignments to assist in the development of the roadmap market competitive and customer analysis.
Requirements
EDUCATION
· BA/BS in Science Engineering or equivalent experience MBA preferred
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS licenses programs or certificates:
· Pragmatic Marketing Product Management certification desired
· Silicon Valley Product Group SVPG coursework a plus
EXPERIENCE
· 5 years of experience in product roles such as Product Manager Technical/Process Consultant Business Analyst or Customer Success
· An ability to align on long-term business strategies while driving impact on short-term product goals
· Prior experience developing an understanding of customer needs with a track record of solving their problems
· Prior experience managing products utilizing Salesforce CRM
· Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers
· Domain experience in more than one area listed – Sales Risk Pricing Customer Success Knowledge
· Enablement HR Payroll Benefits Legal
· Track record of delivering enterprise B2B Products and growing to market leadership
· Prior experience with leading product management teams is a plus
