Lead in both the current state and future state of test planning and execution, including, but not limited to, functional, integration, regression, and performance/load testing Collaborate with teams to incorporate the effective creation of test cases and plans into each development cycle Participate in design and technical discussions Closely follow a detailed technical roadmap that aligns with our product vision across different business functions Collaborates closely with Software Development to keep test case suites up to date with application(s) in test Collaborate with Software Development on implementation-specific needs for successful software testing Responsible for on-time delivery of tests committed to, test plan creation, test plan execution, and test results reporting Manage a team, ensuring proper prioritization and high quality implemented products Other work-related duties as assigned.

QA – Quality Assurance, QA automation, QA Testing, QA Management 4 years working experience in a QA Analyst, QA Tester, or similar role specific to enhancing/ensuring quality products/software 2+ years management experience within a QA position required Experience writing queries using SQL Server Proven track record implementing testing strategies and reporting solutions within agreed to time frames Working knowledge of common software architectures (web/mobile/API/DB) Proficient working with relational databases such as Microsoft-SQL Experience TFS Test Manager a plus
