Overview

Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to support the team with hands-on experience in Architecting, Solutioning, Leading, Code Reviews, Strategy, and Road mapping.

Responsibilities Maintain a sound understanding of enterprise and platform-level architecture.

Liaison with business analysts to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet business needs and comply with enterprise and platform-level architecture and standards.

Present and evangelize the solution to architecture guilds and management

Work with business analysts and scrum masters to create implementation/development plan for new features/applications/solutions by developing epics and stories.

Participate in Agile ceremonies by leading in all technical aspects, including leading the demos to the Product Owner and all applicable stakeholders.

Evangelize the developed solution to team members and work with team members to break up stories into tasks and assist in completion of tasks in a timely fashion.

Motivating developers, testers and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.

Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.

Delegating tasks and ensuring all daily, sprint and release goals are achieved.

Performs Architecture design and reviews as required, ensuring initiatives are aligned with future state.

Identifies risks, opportunities, compliance issues or other architectural concerns.

Active participation in Agile Scrum sprint planning, artifact creation, sprint testing, regression testing, demonstrations and retrospectives and solution releases.

Develop product teams technical skills through mentoring, coaching, and peer reviews.

Required Skills & Experience10+ years of overall experience.

3-5 years of overall Architect experience, and an expert in coding and scripting and has hands-on experience.

Need to be highly technical and able to analyze current environments and make changes and updates where necessary.

Experience in the following areas:

Design and configuration of the FedRAMP ServiceNow instance

Design and implementation of domain separation

Integrations, Ebonding and data design

Configuration of ServiceNow TSM (ITSM +CSM)

Service Assurance Workflows (TSOM)

Configuration of the Out of the Box Service Assurance Workflows (SDWAN)

CSM applications along with ITSM, and ITOM Applications

Agile management framework

Proven experience working directly to oversee the architecture and development of the entire ServiceNow platform.

Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.

Thought leadership and the ability to inspire change in the organization through technology solutions.

A strong interest in agile software development practices and experience delivering deployable software in short sprints.

Ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions.

Required Certifications (all certs need to be up to date and active) :ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is required.

At least one of the CIS Certs listed below:

Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM)

IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM)

Discovery (CIS-Disco)
