Description

This position needs to be filled by an experienced Project Manager/ Sr. Consultant. This position’s most important task is to manage key projects as part of our client’s strategic business plan. Administers the daily stand-ups, securing they are brief, timely, and focused

– Masters deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Product Owner, and Dev Ops

– Sets out the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

– Assists to manage dependencies among cross-product teams

– Works with and communicates with technical team members, designers, stakeholders, and developers

– Determines project with correct ticket workflows and boards

– Congregates details from QA leads, technical leads, and business analysts into a proposal

– Coordinates schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines

– Oversees project planning

– Plans and governs the sprint planning and grooming meetings and traces ticket assignments

– Aids to classify, manage, and identify risk for functional improvement requests

– Exercises as Scrum Master for the developers on the team – leading scrum ceremonies, clearing obstacles and ensuring the team is working effectively

– Works together with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

– Teams up with Product Owner/Product Manager to see to it that the product vision and high-level business objectives are apparent and accomplishable

– Shall cooperate closely with the QA Manager, Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Business Analyst

– Provide that the functional requirements are met, tracked, and achievable

– Eventuates and schedules projects – as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

– Produces detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, milestone completion, and project status

– Provide assistance to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager

– Foster the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

Requirements

– Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

– Background in project management, operations, and supervisory leadership

– ScrumMaster experience desired

– Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience
