Position Overview:

As a Business Systems QA Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving the quality of our CRM systems, with a preference for Zoho CRM. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing your CRM Administrator experience, programming skills, and expertise in quality assurance processes to ensure our systems meet and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM Administration: Utilize your CRM Administrator experience, preferably with Zoho CRM, to configure, customize, and optimize CRM systems to meet business needs.
• Low/No Code Applications: Test and ensure the functionality and quality of low/no-code applications that are integral to our business processes.
• Documentation and Testing: Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly evaluate CRM systems and applications. Document defects and issues, and work with the development team to resolve them.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain QA processes and standards to ensure the reliability and performance of our systems.
• Basic Programming: Leverage your 1-2 years of programming experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create and execute automated test scripts.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of CRM Administrator experience, with a preference for Zoho CRM, or experience with low/no-code applications.
• Basic programming skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in QA processes and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
