Position Overview:
As a Business Systems QA Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving the quality of our CRM systems, with a preference for Zoho CRM. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing your CRM Administrator experience, programming skills, and expertise in quality assurance processes to ensure our systems meet and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Administration: Utilize your CRM Administrator experience, preferably with Zoho CRM, to configure, customize, and optimize CRM systems to meet business needs.
- Low/No Code Applications: Test and ensure the functionality and quality of low/no-code applications that are integral to our business processes.
- Documentation and Testing: Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly evaluate CRM systems and applications. Document defects and issues, and work with the development team to resolve them.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain QA processes and standards to ensure the reliability and performance of our systems.
- Basic Programming: Leverage your 1-2 years of programming experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create and execute automated test scripts.
- Start-up Environment: Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced startup-like culture, where adaptability and proactive problem-solving are essential.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of CRM Administrator experience, with a preference for Zoho CRM, or experience with low/no-code applications.
- Basic programming skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in QA processes and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
