IT Director
$160,000 – $180,000 + benefits
Requirements
• Must have Creative Industry Experience: Post-Production, Media, Entertainment, Gaming
• 3+ years prior management experience – 3 direct reports
• Experience supporting/troubleshooting video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Avid, or Final Cut Pro) and other creative tools (Maya)
• Network, systems, cloud, AV, security
• Excellent communication skills (must be able to translate technical concepts for non-technical people)
• Work Ethic: Leader, Team Collaborator, Forward Communication, Problem-Solving

Technologies:
• Software: Editing software like Adobe Premiere (primary), Avid, or Final Cut Pro. Maya, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Networking: Network Configurations, Network Security, Routing/Switching, Protocol (IDP/IDS), Cisco Products, Firewalls, Ipconfig, Network Design
• Storage/Backup/Recovery: SAN/NAS, Storage Arrays, DRS
• Security: Information Security, Compliance/Standards (ISO, NIST, NSA), Audits, Licensing/Renewal, Physical/Digital Security, Risk Management, Planning/Strategy
• Servers/VMs/Hardware: Deploy/Image/Harden/Patch Desktops and Servers, VMware, Hypervisors, Virtualization, VoIP Phone Systems, CCTV
• Applications: Office 365, Software Management, Updates/Installs
