Your responsibilities in this role
– Recording meeting minutes and maintaining records of tasks and progress
– Analyzing information, preparing reports, proofreading and editing documents, and developing presentations
– Support project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support
– Communicate project information to key partners
– Supporting Project Managers and maintaining project deliverable schedules by organizing team meetings and communication according to project specifications
– Using online resources to research information
– Ensuring documents are complete, requesting additional information as needed
– Planning travel and accommodation details for training seminars, conferences and additional project-related events
Requirements
– Expertise in database and file management

– This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent, though a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field is preferred

– Solid understanding of Consumer Electronics

– Comprehensive knowledge of data entry

– Previous experience working with scanning

– Earlier work involving Email Correspondence

– Documentation experience

– Practical knowledge of Review

– Good understanding of Workstation Support

– Comprehension of Clerical Duties

– General familiarity with Microsoft Word

– Wide ranging experience with scheduling

– Experience with Specification

– Prior experience with Receipt

– Well-founded grasp of Materials Handling

– Proficiency in Conference Calls

– Proven knowledge of research

– Skills in correspondence

– Reporting experience

– Experience with Microsoft Excel

– Foundational knowledge in Printing

– Experience with filing

– Solid understanding of Shipping

– Hands-on experience with Metric Reporting

– Quality experience with design

– Expertise in Office Functions

– Knowledge of Scanning Documents

– Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work

– Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

– Past experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite

– 1 year of experience in a business/office setting required

– Past experience with the Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

– Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
