Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the IT Director is responsible for managing a talented team of IT professionals. The IT Director will set the strategy for the IT organization to support the integration of acquisitions as well as helping the IT and operations team drive efficiency into the organization via improvements in current and/or new applications. The duties included, setting a plan and strategy to meet the network and security infrastructure objectives. CNA is a metrics driven company. The candidates must have experience in that type of environment to help meet/exceed metrics within the IT organization and the company. CNA is a family-owned company that requires a person who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to help the company deliver and exceed the company goals.

Job Responsibilities:

· Help set and execute strategy for IT organization

· Ownership of the integration of IT function for new acquisitions, and expansions in and out of country

· Lead the Global Center of Excellence for collaboration and implementation of best practices throughout all regions

· Set prioritization for IT projects to help improve the IT infrastructure + help the operations team improve output through operational efficiency

· Identify, justify and implement investment in the IT infrastructure to help deliver agreed company metrics

· Manage the application and network team members – hiring, training, direction setting, performance evaluations, etc.

· Proactively monitoring compliance with industry standards and implementing best practices and solutions regarding security vulnerabilities

· Work with the IT team to continually improve the IT client service to the 280 other team members in the Americas organization

· Manage budget and forecasting process for the IT department

· Ensure the completion of the annual review of the IT processes and documentation

· Meet with CNA Management on a bi-weekly basis to gather input to confirm the company agree prioritization of the IT projects

· Manage relationships with external IT vendors that support the network, applications, etc.

· Ensure integrity of data in database and warehouse for reporting and analytical purposes

· Engage in management of change (MOC) processes

· Support efforts to implement and maintain the RC14001/EHS& S management system;

· Conform with the EHS& S Policy and the Cardinal Rules;

· Maintaining a safe and secure workplace and meet environmental site requirements;

· Ensure that the tasks assigned are adequately covered by trained personnel in your absence. You are responsible to communicate and work with your manager to ensure your workload is covered when you are out.

· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power BI, Azure Active Directory, Cisco Certification, Meraki

Education, Credentials, Licenses:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science discipline or equivalent combination of experience and education.

MBA preferred

Experience:

· At least 10+ years of IT experience

· Experience managing a team of professionals

· Experience in integration of acquisitions

· Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central or Navision a plus)

· Experience managing IT projects

· Experience in managing the improvement of networks and network security

· Knowledge and understanding of ITIL and other IT Best Practices

· Multinational experience is a plus

· Cloud migration experience is a plus

· Microsoft 365 experience a plus
