The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales through strategic marketing activities and ensure efficient management of product inventory and sales forecasts. They are a dynamic and innovative organization backed by a major international company. Their mission is to launch a new brand of food supplements on Amazon, with the aim of establishing themselves as a leader in the online supplement market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy
• Create an engagement strategy that resonates with our target audiences and aligns with their needs.
• Collaborate with external agencies to develop engaging and high-quality content, including photos, videos, and texts, while adhering to timelines, quality standards, and budget.
• Lead the day-to-day management of key campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
• Drive community engagement and increase the engagement rate on Amazon.
• Create online momentum and implement strategies to actively engage our community.
• Regularly monitor and report on the growth and engagement metrics of our community.
• Provide expert feedback on market trends and insights.
• Monitor marketplace trends and conduct thorough competitive landscape analysis.
• Evaluate new opportunities and make informed recommendations on new product launches within our range.
• Identify best practices in promotion, communication, and social media engagement to optimize our strategies.
• Ensure effective execution of sales operations.
• Collaborate closely with our Amazon partner to manage product inventory.
• Utilize internal systems to anticipate demand forecast and place orders accordingly.
• Work closely with internal teams such as manufacturing and logistics to ensure timely product delivery.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
Proven track record of 4-5+ successful years as a B2C product manager
Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
Highly autonomous, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of daily tasks and responsibilities.
Strong decision-making, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with remote management and teams.
Based in the USA, preferably on the East Coast, and able to work from a home office.
