We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Service Manager to lead our IT service delivery team. The IT Service Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services to our clients, optimizing service processes, and managing a team of IT professionals. This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about IT service excellence and has a proven track record in IT service management.

Technical Skills:
-Service Strategy: Develop and execute IT service strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives
-Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
-Service Delivery: Ensure the delivery of IT services in accordance with agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
-Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT service delivery.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
-ITIL or other relevant IT service management certification.
-Proficiency in IT service management tools and software.
-Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and emerging trends in IT.
