Technical Writer for our client on a contract to full time basis. This 100% onsite role will be focused on government financial programs and providing documentation and technical writing support to a variety of teams.
Responsibilities:
▪ Create and maintain release notes, technical/functional documentation,
training plans
▪ Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and
SME’s to gather requirements
▪ Review existing documentation and provide feedback
Requirements
Requirements▪ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, or related disciplines (Equivalent work experience will be considered)
▪ 5 years’ experience in technical writing
▪ Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
▪ Knowledge ERP. CRM
▪ Strong writing and editorial skills
