Responsibilities: • Provide overall strategic and operational leadership of information management and technology, including planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of all related initiatives. • Facilitate technology discussions, prioritization, and governance to ensure efficient and effective decision-making. • Oversee the maintenance of a detailed technology roadmap as related to business software solutions and maintain business process mapping and documentation. Duties: • In alignment with the business model, improve the quality and timeliness of information and data flows. • Participate in the development and maintenance of technology policies, procedures, and standards. • Lead the identification, selection, procurement, and implementation of new software and hardware. • Oversee the selection and management of IT service providers optimizing the mix of in-house and outsourced services. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, secure application development or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least five years of managerial and detail oriented experience in information technology or business solutions management. Experience in emerging technologies including cloud-based and mobility systems. Experience leading technology programs and projects from request for proposal through implementation, operational readiness, and support.
