Job Summary:
As a Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for writing requirements for sustainment feature enhancements. You’ll actively engage with partners from various teams, including design, engineering, and operational end-users, ensuring the accurate implementation and successful launch of these enhancements. This role involves administering configurations, reviewing user-reported issues, developing documentation and processes for security compliance, reporting, and collaborating with multi-functional teams on initiatives leveraging the applications.
Responsibilities:
• Gather and document requirements for feature development.
• Support the development process by representing the Product in daily syncs and planning meetings.
• Validate that delivered features match product requirements.
• Partner with operations and support teams to operationalize technology solutions during feature/enhancement launches.
• Collect and utilize end-user feedback to recommend improvements in existing applications.
• Create and maintain application documentation for internal and external use.
Requirements
Requirements:
• 4-Year Degree in Business Management, Digital Marketing (Preferred).
• 3+ years of digital product management or equivalent experience supporting Digital products and experiences (Preferred).
• Experience working with Guest Service Suite or other Guest applications in our parks and resorts (i.e., Redemption, Guest Recovery, etc.).
• Familiarity with Theme Park, Resort, and/or Call Center Operations.
• Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action, with a positive outlook and willingness to take personal initiative.
