IT Manager

Position: IT Manager
Duration: 3-5 month contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8-5pm)

Primary Responsibilities:
· Responsible for maintenance and update of primary database including Salesforce administration, configuration, customization, and development.
· Responsible for the development of computer system assessments and priorities, proposal of IT policies, and creation of department procedures.
· Ensures that daily service requests ae followed up and documented.
· Supervises staff and volunteers of IT Department.
· Ensures system integrity through scheduling regular backups, overseeing systems, data recovery procedures and document software development and backup procedures.
· Work with direct reports, coworkers, and volunteers to promote a positive, respectful, and productive working environment, while protecting client confidentiality and dignity.
Requirements
· 7+ years of experience in technology.
· Proven management or supervisory experience.
· Skilled in Salesforce.
· Proficient support Microsoft Suite applications.
· Versed in supporting Windows OS and servers.
· Proven experience in Level 3 help desk support.
· Ability to work with nontechnical and technical users.
· Good oral and written communication skills.
