Description
As a new role in the company, the IT Director will report to the CFO and work together to build a plan for IT initiatives that best serve the company. The IT Director will oversee a team of five but will also provide direct support of the company’s infrastructure including cybersecurity, EMR administration, and SharePoint. The IT Director will also be responsible for vendor management and IT operations.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity (required)
• Hands on experience in both Systems and Network
Admin, ERP/EMR admin, and IT Help Desk (required)
• Previous IT leadership experience with direct reports
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices, technologies, and risk management
• Familiarity with EMR or ERP systems, and healthcare IT requirements
