PROFIL
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Demonstrated ability in retail architecture and all other administrative processes required to design, source, develop.
- Supervise and coordinate all design and construction activities involved with the renovation or creation of exceptional projects.
- Visit construction sites and prepare reports, from setting-out to punch list completion and opening, to ensure quality of fit-out, identifying outstanding issues and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Deliver project presentations and updates to senior executives.
- Manage all Direct Vendors orders.
- Collect as-built drawings and keep record of store openings information, finalize financial accounts closures.
Decision Making
- Prepare feasibility studies, to evaluate locations and estimate budgets and timings.
- Collaborate with finance dept to finalize budgets and legal dept to finalize contracts.
- Collect start-up information from corporate and local parties (Retail Managers, etc.) necessary to develop the design in accordance with company commercial requirements.
- Organize general contractors and millwork contractors bidding, evaluate tender documents and offers and coordinate works assignment.
